Action Draft letter for PC to send to County Farms requesting consideration for pump track build on leased Manor Park Feild.
Looking for introduction to Caroline Chivers to discuss Homefield Park.
Action Cllr Murry video called into the meeting. Agreed to set this up.
Looking for HIPC and Landlords to accept ability to adjust lease.
Discussion of Dan’s request to step back. Confusion over degree of involvement he wishes to continue with. Understood to be continue to admin the Facebook page, not participating in trustee meetings while a location is identified, returning once project moves to design and build. Action Confirm with Dan.
Decision present result and request for letter to County Farms at June Full Council.
Barrel Feild – Hains Daniels still want for look at development. As a popular location do we consider fundraising for as a development purchase? Likely over £5million. Not of interest at this point.
[Redacted] dropped out of the Facebook page. Is interested in having a face-to-face conversation to understand difficulties.
[Redacted] left Facebook chat. Tom has emailed to see if face to face meeting would help understand concerns and clear the air.
Charity setup in June/July 2023. Need to prepare charity return for first year. Accounts should be simple as only two transactions. AGM in similar period June/July 2024. Likely similar to initial open meeting where trustees were elected.
Plan to speak with people about becoming trustees at the AGM.
