Edd get bank account fob from Colin. Edd has spoken with Coop to get a new fob issued. Plans to remove Coin, add Mike and Tom from signatories.

Tom check feast funding restriction. It is restricted – will try next 2027.

Need access to bank account. Edd waiting on new access fob from Coop Bank.

Planning
Update on meeting on Friday 16 about County Farms. Tom gave verbal outline for discussion that took place.
Proposal sent to County Farms team, with request for a meeting.
Parish Full Council Monday 16 Feb – Hoping this brings detail for Rec Survey.
AGM. Looking at July 13 to keep with regular meeting calendar.
New Trustees. Will keep asking on social media. AGM a good opportunity
Discussion on issuing a statement removing Homefield and Manor Park from consideration. Trustees felt this was the case since Parish motion in July, but this was not clearly understood by community. Pros and cons of this approach discussed and resolved to proceed. Mike to prepare initial draft for circulation.
Discussion about CSPN. All agreed one to keep an eye on, but need to pursue options regardless. Noting that ‘just let CSPN deliver’ attractive approach, but has risk of not delivering.
Engagement
Feast 2026 – Recreation ground centenary year, so plans are different from recent open road year events on the Green. June 28 Sunday Funday on the recreation ground. Discussed bringing hired track forward a year. Agreed to make initial contact with Feast/Parish to plan. Mike to make contact with Cllr Neil Davies (also of HI Friends). Other Events to consider for outreach stall, noting that we have the Feast 2025 setup available to repeat. May running festival. Strawberry Ride and beer festival in September.
