Introductions and background. Tom presented previous work by charity, outlined current plans. Discussed skill progression within track design. Discussed special feature to make facility interesting to visit.
Finance

Planning
Meeting on Friday 16 about County Farms with Parish Council, HI Green Spaces and HI Community Land Trust. Discussion about Charity position on working with these groups.
Parish Full Council Monday 19 – Should bring detail for Rec Survey.
Feast Funding application open till 18 Feb. Suggested Feast does will only take repeat application from organisation two years from award. Action: Tom to check this with Dan Mace.
AGM – all agreed to move forward with an AGM. Plan for June/July as anniversary of formation. Action: Edd to arrange date/venue.
New Trustees
Mike reported back about his groups. Woodcraft low on numbers, so likely not good time to ask. Action: Tom to contact Laura regarding Phone Free group.
Cricket Association – Discussion on comment that Cricket at Impington is special as have two cricket pitches. Few locations like this in country. As special, and clear interest in pump track there would association assist with alternate pump track location? Action: Mike to draft letter to check the assertion and start this conversation.
Engagement
Feast 2026 – stall on the Green
All agreed to have a stall this year. Action: Tom to book when available.
Feast 2027 – closed road event. All agreed exciting opportunity to hire track for the day. Edd said previous time looked at ~£600 per day. Noted cost increased significantly for multiple days as overnight security needed. Action: Mike to draft letter to Hi Friends/Feast to start discussion.
HI Imaginarium Saturday 7 February St Andrews Centre
Social post to promote. Tie into fairness about young people’s interaction with community/community assets.
Next Meeting
Discussed clash with Parish Finance meeting. That is not a fixed day of week. All agreed to stick with Second Monday for the time being.
